Some days

It’s sweet how sour can be a romantic rhythm
Though bitter when it starts to fade
My endless boys and rejections
They get a taste of red
The sea from the saltiest star
Am I a part of its lair
Down right from the depths of his heart
My lonely soul disembarked
Some days around his tongue
Some days around his touch
Some days around his sorrow
Some days around the gun

My Heart

I found that house of mine
Surviving in the strings of light
And that whiny tearful sky
Lost in a sea of fright
All that I’ve given up
To make it stand like a missing knight
Gorgeous, gallant but gone
Far off the kryptonite
Inside that house I seek
Heavens but Hell it is
Lightbulbs trickle like ash
Dark is its new best friend
